And he loves speaking with people about property developing, best of all he loves speaking with property developers about the projects they are doing, what works well for them and what they have learnt along the way. He is hungry to learn from the best. So he tries to seek out the best developers and speak with them. And that’s what he does.

Justin was seeking out and talking with developers and people in the development industry and loving the discussions. He enjoyed these conversations immensely and kept thinking it would be great to share them with others, and so the idea of the Property Developer Podcast was born.

Also, being a developer can sometimes be a bit of a lonely game. Your partner doesn’t understand the intricacies of what is involved in developing, the challenges you face and the oh so regular problems that have to be solved. So this show is a way of sharing some knowledge and growing a community of developers who want to take their developing to the next level.

We talk to developers and people involved with developing, be they marketers, agents or the many other people that support a development project to be completed.

Our regular guests are doing developments now, whether they are 4-unit sites or boutique apartment blocks, and they share their journey and stories about how they got into developing and what they are achieving. It is a fascinating glimpse behind the curtain and a chance to learn new tips, be inspired and play a bigger game.
